What is the Piki service?

Piki is a location-based social networking platform where users can record and share their precious memories. Users can share their stories through photos and videos, connect with friends and the local community, and utilize features like time capsules and logs to capture special moments for future reminiscing.

What is a Log?

'Log' refers to posts within Piki. It is a feature that allows users to capture and record text, photos, or videos from their current location.

How do you create a Log?

Tap the '+' button in the center of the bottom bar > 'Create Log' > Use the photo and video capture feature to take content at a specific location and register it to create a Log. The registered Log can be shared with other users and can be viewed based on location.

What is the purpose of a Log?

The main purpose is to allow users to record and share their memories, connecting precious moments with friends and family. Additionally, by utilizing location-based features, it provides an immersive experience that blends reality with digital content and enhances understanding of the local community and culture.

What are the features of the Log service?

How are LBSNS and logs connected?

LBSNS (Location-Based Social Networking Service) is closely related to Logs. LBSNS serves as a foundation for sharing content created at specific locations, while Logs are the specific form of that content. Users can view and interact with nearby records through Logs, connecting with the local community.

What are the advantages of using Logs based on blockchain?

Logs powered by blockchain ensure data security and integrity, preventing tampering and enhancing trust between users to maintain authenticity. Additionally, they provide transparency in transactions, making it easier for users to verify and manage their content rights.

What is a time capsule?

time capsule is a feature that allows users to record precious moments and save them for future experiences. Users can include photos, videos, and text in the time capsule to share with friends.

How can I create a time capsule?

Tap the '+' button in the center of the bottom bar > Select "Register Time Capsule" > Choose the "Create Time Capsule" feature, then add photos or videos. After that, invite friends or set the opening and closing timers, and finally save the capsule.

What is the purpose of a time capsule?

The purpose of the time capsule is to record precious moments, connecting memories with friends and family, and allowing them to be experienced again in the future.

Can a time capsule be shared with others?

Yes, the time capsule can be shared with friends, and once the set time passes, it becomes a memory that can be viewed together.

When can a time capsule be accessed?

The time capsule will arrive as a notification at the set time, allowing you to check the recorded content at that moment.

I lost my password.

Piki is built on blockchain technology and does not collect users' passwords directly. Therefore, lost passwords cannot be retrieved, and password resets can only be done through the wallet's master key. To reset your password, go to [More] - [Settings]-[Account Management]-[Change Password], enter the email address used during registration, and input the verification code. Then, enter your wallet's master key and reset your password. Please note that if you lose your wallet's master key, you will not be able to reset your password!

How can I delete my account?

To delete your account, go to 'More' > 'Settings' in the upper right corner > 'Account Management' and click Delete Account at the bottom of the page.

Where can I check my account information?

You can view your account information, such as your ID and phone number, by navigating to More > Settings in the upper right corner > Account Management.

What is a Master Key?

The Master Key is a core blockchain-based technology, serving as an important key stored in each user's unique blockchain upon registration. It is issued or reissued along with the account password, and it is updated whenever the password is changed. Please ensure the Master Key is kept safe, as it cannot be recovered if lost!

I want to change my nickname.

To change your nickname, go to 'My Page' on the bottom bar > 'Profile Settings' > 'Change Nickname'.

What is My Wallet?

'My Wallet' refers to your personal wallet provided across all services, including Piki. Here, you can check and manage your Acorn points and other assets you hold.

What is the notification feature?

The 'Notification' feature is accessible in the upper right corner of the home screen. It allows users to stay updated in real-time with various news and updates happening within the Piki app.

How can I adjust the notification settings?

Notification can be adjusted in the app’s 'Settings' menu, where you can choose to enable or disable specific notifications as desired.

Is there no search function in the Piki app?

The 'Search' feature is currently not available in the Piki app. Users can stay connected and view friends' activities and posts through notifications and logs instead.

How can I report an issue or make an inquiry?

For reporting or inquiries, go to 'More' on the bottom bar > 1:1 Inquiry > submit an Inquiry and send your message. The team will review and handle submitted content under the administrator's supervision.

Partnership Proposal

Partnership and proposals will be officially reviewed only for cases received through the email below,
and the proposal content and related materials will be used solely for the purpose of partnership evaluation.

  • 2. To protect the rights of the proposer, please provide a description of non-patented technology excluding detailed explanations of core technology.
