I forgot my password. How can I recover it ?

Piki is blockchain-based, and account recovery is not possible without email verification and the master key provided at sign-up. Please make sure to store your master key securely.

Can I use Piki on PC as well?

Yes, you can. Piki provides a Web version that you can easily access through your browser. Please note that the PC program available in the Store currently supports only the DM (message) feature. You can download it by clicking the [Download PC version] button at the bottom left of the website's main page.

What is Piki?

Piki is a global SNS built on Web3.0 technology. It offers photo and video–centered social features, blockchain-powered messaging, group communities called Lounges, and a metaverse service called My Room, where you can create your own digital space, all in one integrated social platform.

What types of chats are available in Piki’s DM feature?

Piki DM offers the following types of chats: • Private DM (General Chat): You can have 1:1 chats and group chats, and the chat history is not stored on the server. • Blockchain DM: A chat room where conversations are recorded on the blockchain and cannot be altered or deleted.

What is a Private DM?

Private DMs function like regular chatrooms, allowing 1:1 and group chats, but with the key feature that the chat content is not stored on the server.

What is a Blockchain DM?

Blockchain DMs are conversation rooms where messages are recorded on the blockchain.

Can I chat with myself?

Yes! The "Chat with Myself" feature is supported. You can use it to store notes, links, files, and more.

Can I delete messages?

You cannot delete your sent messages to make them invisible to the recipient, as they are not stored on the blockchain or server.

Can I back up my chat history?

You can back up your chat history by going to More > Chat > Back Up Chat History. Backed-up data is valid for 3 days.

Can I share files?

Yes! You can share photos, videos, documents, and other files.

Is Piki free to use?

Yes! Piki is completely free to use.

How can I contact customer support?

You can contact support by going to More > Customer Service or through our official email.

I want to create a Lounge with my friends. Can multiple people run it together?

For now, the creator of the Lounge manages it. However, the host role can be delegated to another member if needed.

Can my friends easily find the Lounge I made? How do I keep it private?

When creating the Lounge, set it to “Search Disallow” so it won’t appear in recommendations. If you want anonymity, you can also use the Multi Profile feature.

I love some posts in my Lounge. Is there a save feature so I can revisit them later?

There’s no dedicated save feature yet, but we’re working on a more convenient way to revisit posts. Please stay tuned!

Any tips to make a new Lounge popular?

Consistent posting and active engagement with members are key. Make good use of your Lounge’s description and styling—active Lounges naturally get recommended more often.

How many friends can I invite to a Lounge? Is inviting a lot of people a problem?

There’s no limit on invitations. That said, if too many people join at once, conversations can get scattered-so we recommend inviting in a way that fits your Lounge’s vibe.

Can I log in to Piki on both PC and mobile at the same time with one account?

Yes, you can. However, please note that on PC, only the DM (Direct Message) feature is available, while SNS features are not supported yet.

What is ‘My Room’ in Piki?

My Room is your personal digital profile space. You can decorate it in a metaverse style, post updates, and receive guestbook messages.

What is a ‘Lounge’ in Piki?

Lounge is a group community where you can gather with friends, share conversations, and create memories together.

What kind of content is prohibited on Piki?

To maintain a safe and healthy community, the following content is prohibited on Piki: -Illegal, obscene, or violent content, or any material infringing on others’ rights -Spam, advertising, fraudulent activities, or malicious software distribution -Discriminatory, hateful, or harassing content -Any acts that violate applicable laws or Piki’s operational policies

How can I block someone from my Lounge?

In the Lounge chat list, click the user’s profile and select “Export” to remove them from the room.

Is there a file size limit when uploading photos or videos?

Yes. Each upload supports files up to 50MB.

How can I delete my account?

Go to the bottom menu in the app and select [More] > [Account Management] > [Delete Account] to delete your account.

What happens if I block someone on Piki?

Once you block someone, they can no longer search for you or view your posts. Likewise, you also won’t be able to search for them or see their posts.
