Service Operation Policy
1. Overview of the Operation Policy
The Piki Service Operation Policy clearly defines operational standards to ensure consistent responses to issues that may arise in the Service and to set rules that users must comply with while using the Service.
The Company continuously improves its policies and makes efforts to establish reasonable operating standards by reflecting user feedback. Any changes to this Operation Policy will be notified at least seven (7) days in advance through the Service’s announcements.
2. Scope of Application
This Operation Policy applies to posts within the Piki Service. “Posts” include text, images, photos, videos, links, and other content uploaded by users within the Service. Other service operations and policies are governed separately by the Terms of Service.
3. Operational Principles
Piki manages the Service based on the Operation Policy to ensure smooth usage for users.
Users may report content or activities that violate the Operation Policy to the Company. The Company will review the report and take appropriate measures.
• Even without reports, if the Company discovers violations of relevant laws, the Terms of Service, or this Operation Policy, it may take disciplinary action in accordance with the policy.
• However, the Company does not intervene in disputes between users or damages caused by individual negligence.
• When disciplinary action is taken for policy violations, the Company will notify the poster via in-service notifications or email. In urgent cases requiring immediate protection, exceptions may apply.
• Users may request a review of disciplinary actions through the Customer Center, and the Company will review and inform them of the results.
4. Account Operation Policy
Piki provides accounts to users who complete the membership registration process. An account is a unit of identification for managing a user’s Service usage history, subject to the following principles:
4.1 Account Regulations
• The ID is unique to each user and cannot be changed after registration. To change it, the user must withdraw and re-register.
• Accounts are for personal identification only and may not be shared, transferred, or rented to others.
• Account information must be updated directly by the user in the “My Info” section. The user is responsible for any disadvantages resulting from failure to update information.
4.2 Grounds for Service Restrictions
Service use may be restricted in the following cases:
• Creating an account by stealing another’s personal information or entering false information
• Users under 14 registering without a legal guardian’s consent
• Exploiting the system for commercial, advertising, or malicious purposes
• Interfering with service operation or exploiting security vulnerabilities
• Selling, transferring, or renting accounts, or attempting to hijack another user’s account
• Repeated creation and deletion of multiple accounts
4.3 Master Key Management
Piki issues a blockchain-based Master Key for enhanced security.
• A Master Key is issued upon completion of registration and whenever the account password is set or changed.
• The Master Key is required to reset an account password. If lost, it cannot be recovered and must be safely stored.
• Changing the account password also changes the Master Key.
5. Safety and Respect Policy
Piki prohibits the following content to ensure a safe environment and protect the rights of others:Posts promoting illegal gambling sites
• Posts advertising or selling illegal or restricted products
• Posts encouraging or assisting criminal acts
• Posts related to prostitution or sexual exploitation
• Posts inciting discrimination, hate, or violence
• Posts promoting or aiding suicide or joint suicide
• Posts impersonating or deceiving others to cause harm
• Posts containing abusive language, profanity, or socially inappropriate content
• Malicious use of the Service to disrupt normal operations
6. Copyright Protection Policy
Piki protects users’ copyrights and rights. The following infringing content is prohibited:
• Illegal downloads and links of paid content (images, videos, music, comics, novels, games, software, etc.)
• Posts sharing software license/activation keys
• Posts distributing programs that circumvent copyright protection measures
• Posts promoting private game servers or illegal download links
• Posts subject to copyright infringement reports will be deleted after review. Posters may file an objection for re-examination.
7. Child and Youth Protection Policy
Piki strictly prohibits the following to protect children and adolescents:
• Posts sexualizing the bodies of children or adolescents
• Posts involving sexual harassment
• Posts related to the production, distribution, or provision of child sexual exploitation material
• Posts prohibited by law concerning sexual violence
• Posts dehumanizing children or adolescents
Violations will result in immediate suspension of the user’s account and Service usage and may be reported to investigative authorities if necessary.
8. Ensuring Reliability and Safety of the Service
Piki restricts actions that interfere with normal service operations, including:
• Posting using automated means (e.g., macros, bots)
• Mass posting of content unrelated to the Service’s purpose
• Repeated posting of identical or similar content for promotion, advertising, or sales
9. Product Tagging and External Link Policy
Within Piki Lounge posts, users may attach product information and external shopping mall links (URLs). This feature functions solely as an intermediary role under e-commerce regulations; the Company is not a party to the transaction and does not engage in product sales or payments.
Responsibility for the products and links rests with the posting member. The Company does not conduct prior screening and does not guarantee the authenticity or quality of such products.
In case of violations, the Company may take necessary measures such as deleting the relevant post or suspending the account. Repeated violations may result in permanent suspension and legal action.
When exposing products for advertising or sponsorship purposes, members must clearly indicate such with labels like “Advertisement,” “Sponsored,” or “Includes Paid Promotion.”
• Members must post content in accordance with Article 12 of the Piki Terms of Service.
• Members must not post prohibited products as specified in Article 13 of the Piki Terms of Service.
10. Restrictions and Sanctions
If a user violates this Operation Policy, the Company may impose the following measures:
• Deletion or concealment of the problematic post
• Warnings or restrictions on Service use (temporary suspension or permanent ban)
• Termination of the Service contract (in cases of severe violations)
Users may appeal restrictions through the Customer Center, and the Company will review and notify them of the outcome.
Supplementary Provisions
1. This Operation Policy shall take effect on September 4, 2025.
2. The major amendments are as follows:
> Change of service name
3. Continued use of the Service after the enforcement of the amended Operation Policy shall be deemed acceptance of the amended Operation Policy.
